Apearance:
Megaman (Rockman) is a robot with a blue armoured apearance.
Darker blue chest gaurd, shin gaurds/feet and arm gaurds.
Though reffered to as a male X is a robot without gender
only made to look male. The bulky armour on X's arms hide
the powerful mark-17 megabusters. To use these his hand
structure is withdrawn into the arm and the barrel end extended
out.
The reasoning behind the megabuster's high combat value
is its ability to 'charge-up' shots oveer time into more
powerful blasts or fire a rapid stream of lower level shots.
Another special ability of the megabuster is the fact it
can absorb and mimic other energy weapons to a certain degree.
All this combined with the fact that X is the most upgrade
compatible unit in the Maverick Hunters current arsenal.
(And the fact that he is the template.) Make him a very
valuable addition to the Maverick Hunters... maybe even
more so to the Mavericks. |
Assignment:
Currently scouting an evacuated area for reported maverick
activity. Arrival method being aboard the Maverick Hunter
dropship-transport 'Iron Wing' which is to be used as a
temporary base of operations and radar facility. The area
is considered a high risk factor as it contains a household
robotics manufacture facility and a military grade weapons
facility. Both fully automated.

Weapon types:
X's mega buster has three or so levels of charge capacity,
generally it takes longer to charge the higher powered blasts.
1: Regular shot consists of
an energized plasma blast. The plasma is capable of burning
though almost any armour before disipating leaving residue.
2: Enhanced shot. The plasma
is overcharged, combining two shots into one. Its a green
oversized blast that gradualy stretches out as it loses
momentum.
3: The current top of the blast
list is larger still. It creates a recoil when fired and
should be considered twice as strong again from the level
two shot.
